Job Description:Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.Values and Innovation

Core Responsibilities:

• Uphold exceptional customer service standards from the greeting stage to the conclusion of the checkout process
• Present expert opinions on the ideal shoes and clothing items to meet your specific needs and preferences
• Enhance the customer experience by incorporating in-depth product knowledge gained from training sessions into your sales conversations
• Keep the store clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers
• Assist in aligning omni-channel sales practices with UA policies and procedures
• Reach sales milestones through the delivery of affable, fast, and well-informed service
• Ensure adherence to the Under Armour brand values and customer service principles
• Leverage the UA Service Model to articulate brand messaging
• Follow the specified attire guidelines and sustain a professional visual representation
• Follow operational and cash management procedures diligently
• Uphold the visual merchandising of products and adhere to the floor set guidelines
• Uphold all UA policies and procedures as required
• Consistently show up for work at the designated times
• Work in harmony with colleagues to achieve store objectives
• Own up to the responsibility of self-growth and seize the moment to learn
• Operate in all areas of the store, from the front to the back, as and when required

Qualifications:

• You must have reached a minimum of 16 years of age to qualify, or 18 if you reside in California
• Available for shifts that cover nights, weekends, and holidays
• Being at ease with utilizing or acquiring skills in technology, including computers and handheld devices
• Possessing excellent communication skills and demonstrating attentive listening are significant
• Capable in the regional language
• Primary knowledge of arithmetic and writing
• Adopting a cooperative and team-oriented outlook towards tasks and challenges
• Equipped to handle tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive workplace
• Having previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous, but not a necessity
