• Enhance product placement by tracking and organizing inventory diligently.
• Offer friendly and skilled customer service experiences.
• Keep the aisles in the store clean, arranged, and customer-friendly at all times.
• Capitalize on handheld tools for the retrieval and organization of daily assignments.
• Reach goals through a blend of individual tasks and collective teamwork.
• Observe and follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications for Store Sales Merchandiser:

• Being 18 years or older is a requirement to participate.
• Can lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and execute physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving.
• Flexible to work on different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliably transporting individuals to and from various store locations is facilitated.
• Exceptional proficiency in customer service and skilled communication techniques.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a meticulous mindset.
• While it is advantageous to have prior retail or merchandising experience, it is not a requirement.
