Seasonal Sales Associate

Job Description:

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.Values & Innovation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Provide knowledgeable assistance and suggest the best footwear and apparel
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process through training participation
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support omni-channel sales efforts in line with UA policies
• Achieve sales goals by delivering friendly, fast, and informed service
• Uphold the Under Armour brand and service culture
• Communicate brand messaging using the UA Service Model
• Follow dress code and maintain a professional appearance
• Execute operational and cash handling procedures accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and adhere to floor set standards
• Comply with all UA policies and procedures
• Fulfill scheduled working hours reliably
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Take accountability for self-development and seize learning opportunities
• Work both front and back of the store as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable using or learning technology (computers, hand-held devices, etc.)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Fluent in the local language
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
