Job Description for Sales Coordinator:

The Sales Coordinator at Under Armour is vital in boosting store sales and achieving KPI benchmarks by showcasing brand principles and providing Athletes with exceptional service. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role revolves around executing daily duties to ensure store efficiency. If the Stock Specialist is unavailable, the Sales Associate will fulfill their duties, underscoring the significance of Values & Innovation within the company

Core Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer excellent customer service, beginning with the welcome and concluding with the checkout procedure
• Provide insights on the best footwear and apparel options to elevate your style and comfort
• Strengthen your sales strategy by incorporating product expertise acquired during training sessions into your selling techniques
• Keep the store neat, orderly, and visually inviting to customers
• Help facilitate omni-channel sales approaches that align with UA standards
• Attain sales goals through the provision of affable, quick, and well-informed assistance
• Safeguard the Under Armour brand image and commitment to exceptional service
• Utilize the UA Service Model as a tool for transmitting brand communication
• Abide by the dress regulations and uphold a professional demeanor through one's attire
• Accurately follow operational and cash management guidelines
• Sustain the visual appeal of products and follow the established floor set guidelines
• Conform to the rules and procedures outlined by UA
• Ensure timely attendance during prescribed working hours
• Engage in teamwork for achieving store objectives
• Be accountable for one's own growth and make the most of available learning experiences
• Cover responsibilities in both the front and back of the store as the situation dictates

Qualifications:

• The minimum age requirement is set at 16 years, except in California where it is 18
• Flexible with availability for work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Being at ease with using or acquiring familiarity with technology like computers and portable devices
• The importance of adept communication and attentive listening cannot be overstated
• Well-versed in the colloquial speech
• Core competencies in numeracy and literacy
• Embracing a team-centric perspective when approaching projects and goals
• Proficient at adapting to a quick-paced, deadline-focused work environment
• Possessing prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial, yet not essential
