Job Description for Sales Operational Specialist:

The Sales Operational Specialist contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.Values and Innovation

Core Responsibilities for Sales Operational Specialist:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Provide knowledgeable assistance and suggest the best footwear and apparel
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process through training participation
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support omni-channel sales efforts in line with UA policies
• Achieve sales goals by delivering friendly, fast, and informed service
• Uphold the Under Armour brand and service culture
• Communicate brand messaging using the UA Service Model
• Follow dress code and maintain a professional appearance
• Execute operational and cash handling procedures accurately
• Maintain merchandise presentation and adhere to floor set standards
• Comply with all UA policies and procedures
• Fulfill scheduled working hours reliably
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Take accountability for self-development and seize learning opportunities
• Work both front and back of the store as needed

Qualifications for Sales Operational Specialist:

• The age threshold for eligibility is 16 years, except when in California, where it is 18 years
• Able to work during unconventional times, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortably adept at using or acquiring knowledge in technology like computers and hand-held devices
• Strong communication capabilities and active listening skills play a vital role
• Adept in the local vernacular
• Essential abilities in numbers and language
• Prioritizing collaboration and a team-focused attitude in work environments
• Experienced in excelling within a high-tempo, deadline-driven work environment
• While a background in retail or customer service is favored, it is not mandatory
