Responsibilities of the Sales Representative at Under Armour include driving store sales and meeting KPI targets through the embodiment of brand values for a unique customer experience. This position directly reports to the Store Manager and involves the performance of essential tasks to uphold store operations. In the event of the Stock Specialist's unavailability, the Sales Associate will step into that role, showcasing a commitment to Values & Innovation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers starting with the greeting all the way through to the checkout phase
• Offer recommendations on top-rated shoes and clothing that can improve your overall experience
• Elevate your sales technique by integrating product information gained through training sessions into your interactions with customers
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Aid in executing sales initiatives that span different platforms while adhering to UA policies
• Reach sales milestones by delivering personable, speedy, and knowledgeable service
• Uphold the values and service standards synonymous with the Under Armour brand
• Employ the UA Service Model to communicate brand messaging clearly
• Conform to the dress code requirements and exhibit a professional appearance consistently
• Execute operational and cash-handling processes with precision
• Ensure the organization of merchandise display and stick to the floor set criteria
• Abide by the policies and procedures set forth by UA
• Consistently meet the expected hours of work according to the set schedule
• Collaborate with team members for store goal attainment
• Acknowledge the need for self-development and grab hold of opportunities for learning
• Fulfill duties in both the front and rear parts of the store based on demand

Qualifications:

• A person must be 16 years or older, with the requirement increasing to 18 in California
• Ready to accommodate shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with the utilization or acquisition of skills in technology, including computers and handheld devices
• Having strong communication skills and the capacity to listen actively are key elements
• Competent in the indigenous lingo
• Basic understanding of arithmetic and writing
• A preference for group efforts and cooperation over individualistic approaches
• Skilled in performing efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-centric workplace
• While past experience in customer service or retail is valued, it is not obligatory
