About the Role:

BOAs are essential members of the Edward Jones branch team. In most branches, teams are made up of two to three people, including the financial advisor and the BOA. You are the first voice a client hears and the first face they see—delivering exceptional client experiences and anticipating needs before they arise.

You will:

  • Provide top-tier administrative and operational support
  • Build trusted client relationships
  • Drive marketing activities and business planning support
  • Represent Edward Jones’ values of service and excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service
    Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve client inquiries and proactively identify needs
  • Support financial advisor in strengthening client relationships
  • Account Management
    Learn financial service systems and tools
  • Handle account opening, transfers, transactions, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    Independently manage scheduling, meeting prep, correspondence, and marketing
  • Support annual business planning and branch goals
  • Update SOPs and improve workflow processes
  • Technology
    Use platforms like MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and digital tools
