Job Description for Retail Supervisor:

The Retail Supervisor plays a crucial role within our leadership group, offering guidance to team members, assisting with store activities, and guaranteeing that visual merchandising and service criteria are met. This position serves as a substitute for the Assistant Store Manager and could be tasked with opening and closing duties.

Minimum Requirements for Retail Supervisor:

• Individuals who are 18 years old and above are considered adults in the eyes of the law
• Having a high school diploma or its equivalent is essential
• Over a year of hands-on experience in a retail setting
• Ready to dedicate 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in handling technological devices such as smartphones and tablets

• Capable of carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds and standing/walking for long durations

Physical Requirements for Retail Supervisor:

• Capable of lifting or maneuvering objects weighing up to 25 pounds (around 12 kilograms)

• Unrestricted movement across all areas of the store like the sales floor, backroom, and checkout counter
