Position: Delivery Supervisor

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and overseeing the evaluation and execution of all distribution activities across assigned routes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely deliveries, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 1st Shift

Days: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Start Time: 4:00 AM until route completion

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of delivery drivers.
• Direct and evaluate daily distribution activities for assigned routes.
• Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule transport vehicles to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize downtime or excessive overtime.
• Monitor driver performance and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained and repairs are handled promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year management or supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years delivery or distribution experience
• Valid CDL and driver’s license
