Job Description for Sales Associate:

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving store sales and KPI goals by embodying brand principles to offer Athletes a distinctive shopping experience at Under Armour. This position is supervised by the Store Manager and involves carrying out regular tasks to aid in store functionality. When needed, the Sales Associate will take on the duties of the Stock Specialist. Values & Innovation are emphasized in this role

Qualifications:

It is required to be a minimum of 16 years old, or 18 years old in California
Willing to work varied schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Being at ease with utilizing or acquiring knowledge in technology like computers and handheld devices
Effective communication and attentive listening abilities are essential attributes
Proficient in the native tongue
Foundational skills in math and reading
Having a mindset that values collaboration and teamwork
Capable of thriving in a high-speed, time-sensitive work atmosphere
Prior background in retail or customer service is advantageous, although it is not mandatory
