Key Responsibilities:

Implement alluring product presentations and promotional end cap constructions.
Replenish shelves based on product rotation guidelines and planogram arrangements.
Strategically manage inventory to improve the arrangement of products for better visibility.
Deliver customer assistance that is both warm and competent.
Maintain a well-groomed and organized layout in the store aisles for customersâ€™ convenience.
Utilize portable gadgets for the reception and management of daily tasks seamlessly.
Meet objectives through a combination of independent work and team efforts.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and protocols established by the organization.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, moving).
Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
