Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and acquire clients through community engagement, referrals, and networking
• Conduct deep discovery of client goals, priorities, and concerns to provide customized financial strategies
• Lead the branch team and oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth
• Foster a high-performance, respectful, and inclusive branch culture

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience & Education
• Candidates should meet at least one of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work-related experience
• Experience in financial services and/or sales
• Financial services licensing, certification, or registration
• Professional and/or military career progression

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or equivalent) required
