Job Overview: Local Delivery Route Driver

About the Role:

As a Local Relief Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our products to both small and large retailers on various routes. This hands-on position involves:

• Manually unloading trucks using a hand dolly.
• Building rapport with customers.
• Stocking shelves and coolers as requested.
• Performing merchandising and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
• No previous experience is required – comprehensive hands-on training will be provided upon hire.

Total Rewards

• Starting Pay: $24.96/hour
• Pay Increase: $26.27/hour after 6 months (effective the following quarter)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs repeatedly
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A)
• Must maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File
