Job Description: Fulfillment Associate

Playing a pivotal role in the Distribution House, this position engages in its daily activities and operations. Responsibilities include various functions such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, conducting lift truck operations, and performing manual tasks linked to order processing.

Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

• Uphold the cleanliness and safety of the workplace:
• Ensure that shelves, pallet zones, and workstations are neat and organized.
• Conduct sweeping, dusting, and mopping tasks as deemed necessary.
• Create a structured layout for the warehouse and work areas to maintain neatness consistently.
• Manage the placement of goods in trailers, pallet positions, and pallet racks.
• Provide guidance on space planning for more effective storage designs.
• Make the most of handheld computers for receiving and managing daily task assignments.
• Drive motorized equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer merchandise.
• Undertake other warehouse duties as required by supervisors or management.

Qualifications for Fulfillment Associate:

• Capable of safely maneuvering powered machinery is essential.
• Proficiency in carrying out physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• An individual must possess a high school diploma or its GED alternative, or have gained similar qualifications through work exposure.
• Forklift certification entails completing training that enables individuals to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
• A year of experience in warehousing is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
