Job Description for Sales Floor Supervisor:

Being an essential part of our leadership team, the Sales Floor Supervisor is in charge of mentoring colleagues, fostering store operations, and guaranteeing that visual merchandising and service standards are achieved. This position acts as a standby for the Assistant Store Manager and could be assigned opening and closing duties.

Requirements for Sales Floor Supervisor:

• Those who have reached the age of 18 are legally recognized as being of adult status
• Completion of high school or its equal qualification is required
• More than one year of practical experience in the retail industry
• Willing to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours each week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiar and at ease with technology, particularly mobile gadgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Can lift objects up to 25 lbs and remain on feet for prolonged periods

Physical Requirements:

• Having the capacity to transport or manipulate items that weigh up to 25 lbs (equivalent to 12 kg)
• Be on your feet and in motion for an extended duration, punctuated by quick rests
• Complete freedom to navigate through store premises including the selling space, storage room, and cash register

Qualifications for Sales Floor Supervisor:

• Proficient verbal and written interaction
• Skilled in the regional dialect with a foundational grasp of the English language
• Well-versed in utilizing computer systems and retail tech tools

• Familiarity with store procedures, showcasing aesthetics, inventory supervision, and regulatory conformity
