Position Responsibilities for Warehouse Manager:
Oversee the direction, coordination, and evaluation of warehouse operations.
Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies and procedures related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and control product loss.
Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and inventory shipments.
Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget constraints while meeting the facility's demands.
Ensure all equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks, is properly maintained and inspection practices are followed.

It is recommended to have completed high school or obtained a GED.
Three years of proven ability to lead in warehouse or distribution center management.
Two years of practical involvement using Microsoft Excel.
