Retail Odyssey is seeking reliable and enthusiastic In-Store Merchandisers to join our team. In this role, you will help create a great shopping experience by building displays, resetting shelves, and organizing product inventory at retail stores. Key Responsibilities:

Build product displays and promotional end caps.
Reset shelves based on product rotation and planograms.
Track and organize inventory to optimize product placement.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Ensure store aisles are clean, organized, and shopper-ready.
Use handheld devices to receive and manage daily tasks.
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, moving).
Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
