• Establish engaging product presentations and promotional end cap setups.
• Rearrange shelving units based on the principles of product rotation and planogram design.
• Systematically track and categorize inventory to improve the placement of products.
• Garner a reputation for delivering courteous and adept customer service.
• Make sure that the aisles in the store are clear, neat, and ready for customers to navigate easily.
• Utilize portable gadgets for the reception and management of daily tasks seamlessly.
• Reach goals through a blend of individual tasks and collective teamwork.
• Comply with all safety protocols and company policies to guarantee the well-being of all employees.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, moving).
• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
• Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
