In this role, you will help create a great shopping experience by building displays, resetting shelves, and organizing product inventory at retail stores. Key Responsibilities:

• Design captivating product displays and promotional end sections.
• Realign shelf setups in accordance with product rotation sequences and planogram directives.
• Optimize product placement through effective inventory tracking and organization.
• Deliver customer assistance that is both warm and competent.
• Keep the aisles in the store clean, arranged, and customer-friendly at all times.
• Harness mobile devices to receive and coordinate daily responsibilities effectively.
• Succeed in meeting goals by balancing individual and team work.
• Maintain a commitment to following all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Only adults, those aged 18 years and above, are permitted.
• Able to bear weights up to 50 pounds and accomplish physical duties such as bending, standing, and moving.
• Able to adjust schedule for work hours that may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary.
• Secure transportation options for traveling to and from stores are in place.
• Strong capabilities in satisfying customer requirements and proficient in communication.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a meticulous mindset.
• Experience in retail or merchandising is a bonus but not necessary.
